1. Administrative Officer – Post Code PC-01
For Direct Recruitment:
- Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
- At least 5 years of experience at Level-7 or equivalent in a Central Government Organization, Autonomous Body, PSU or University in a managerial and supervisory capacity.
For Deputation/Absorption:
- Graduate Degree in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in Central/State Government, Universities, recognized research institutions, Semi-Government, Statutory or Autonomous organizations.
- Candidates must satisfy the prescribed service requirements, including analogous post or specified service at Pay Matrix Level-7 and above, Level-6 and above, or Level-5 and above.

2. Finance Officer – Post Code PC-02

For Deputation/Absorption:
- Graduate Degree in Commerce.

3. PS to Director – Post Code PC-03
Candidates must have:
- Graduate Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM in English and 30 WPM in Hindi on computer.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and database management applications.
- Stenographic skill of 80 WPM shorthand.
- 5 years of experience as Personal Assistant or equivalent in Central/State Government Organizations, PSUs, Research Institutions, Central/State Autonomous Bodies or other recognized institutes.
For Deputation/Absorption, candidates must possess a Graduate Degree and meet the prescribed government service requirements.
4. Admin Assistant – Post Code PC-04
