3. General Manager – Metro Business Development

4. Deputy General Manager – Engine Design

Experience in diesel engine design and development, engine aggregates, simulation tools, engine testing, manufacturing processes and leading engineering teams is desirable.

The position involves engine testing and calibration, product development, emission-related work, data analysis, testing programmes and technical problem-solving.

6. Assistant General Manager – Project/Contract Management

Experience in Rolling Stock, Railway, Metro, Heavy Engineering or Defence projects is desirable. The role involves client interface, project execution, contract administration, risk mitigation and coordination with design, manufacturing, procurement, quality and testing teams.

7. Assistant Manager – R&D (Rolling Stock – Bogie)

Position Code: 107

Experience in CATIA V5, AutoCAD, FEA, multibody simulation and railway rolling-stock/bogie manufacturing is desirable.

8. Assistant Manager – R&D (Air Supply & Brake System)

Position Code: 108

The position involves designing and developing mechanical, pneumatic and/or electropneumatic brake systems for rolling stock, preparing CAD models and drawings, technical documentation, testing and validation.

9. Engineer – R&D (Rolling Stock – Doors)

Position Code: 109

Experience in CATIA V5 and AutoCAD is desirable. The role includes design and development of exterior entrance doors, interior doors and fire end-wall doors for railway rolling stock.

10. Engineer – R&D (Rolling Stock – Crash Simulation)

Experience in crash simulation and FEA tools such as Altair HyperWorks, HyperMesh, OptiStruct, Radioss and LS-Dyna is desirable.

BEML Salary / Pay Scale

The BEML pay scale depends on the grade of the position.

Educational Qualification – Important Note

For the positions requiring First Class, BEML considers 60% aggregate marks as first class. The qualifying marks can be relaxed by 5% for SC/ST and PwD candidates. Candidates whose university uses CGPA/credits must provide the prescribed conversion to percentage.
