Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

1. Assistant Professor (Department of History)

• Essential Qualifications:

  • A high Second-Class Master’s Degree in any branch of History with a minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate or equivalent grade from a recognized University, with specialized knowledge in the historical and religious literature and culture of Assam.

  • NET / SET pass.

• Desirable: Candidates with a Ph.D. or equivalent research degree with independent research records, publications, and project works are preferred.

2. Internal Auditor

• Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with major in Accountancy.

  • Uniformly good academic record.

  • Minimum 5 years of auditing experience in A.G. Office / Director of Local Accounts / reputed C.A. firm / auditing and accounting in any University.

  • Working knowledge and practical experience in computerized accounting, including Tally software (Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime).
