Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

1. Deputy Manager (Procurement & Input)

• Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Food Technology / Dairy Technology / Dairy Engineering / Agricultural Engineering / BVSc from a recognized University/Institution. Candidates with a post-graduate degree in MBA / Executive MBA / PG Diploma in Management (preferably in Operations, Rural Management, Agribusiness, Supply Chain, or relevant discipline) may also apply.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of full-time relevant professional experience in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Dairy Engineering, Milk Procurement Operations, MIS, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related functions (dairy industry, cooperative organizations, agriculture sector, or rural development preferred). Working experience in preparing DPRs, project proposals, MIS dashboards, and data-driven decision-making is required.

2. Executive (Dairy)

• Educational Qualification: Full-time B.Tech in Dairy Technology from a reputed educational institute/university.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in processing and manufacturing of milk and milk products in a dairy plant having a capacity of minimum 1 lakh liters per day.

3. Supervisor (Dairy)

• Educational Qualification: Full-time B.Tech/B.E in Dairy Technology / Dairy Engineering / Food Science / Food Engineering and Technology OR B.Sc. in Dairy Technology / Dairy Science / Food Technology / Food Science OR Indian Dairy Diploma (IDD) from a recognized institute/university.

• Experience: For Diploma holders: Minimum 3 years of experience in the dairy/food industry. For Graduates: Freshers may also apply.
