Salary Details
The salary is based on 7th Pay Commission Pay Levels:
- Director – Level 12 (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200)
- Deputy Director – Level 11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700)
- Manager (Finance) – Level 9 (₹53,100 – ₹1,67,800)
- Accounts Officer – Level 7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400)
Additional allowances applicable as per government rules.
Eligibility Criteria
Director:
- Holding analogous post OR
- 5 years service in Level 11
- Minimum 12 years experience in agri-business/projects
Deputy Director:
- Holding analogous post OR
- 5 years service in Level 10
- Minimum 10 years experience in agriculture projects
Manager (Finance):
- 5 years experience in finance/budget/accounts
Accounts Officer:
- 3 years experience in finance/accounts
