   • Must be a Professor or Associate Professor with at least 15 years of teaching/research experience in universities, colleges, or institutions of higher education.
3. Academic Performance:
   • A minimum score as per the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based on the Performance-Based Appraisal System (PBAS) as specified in UGC Appendix I for direct recruitment of Principals.
4. Research Credentials:
   • At least 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
   • A minimum of 110 research score as per UGC Regulation 2018 Appendix-II Table-2.
5. Age Limit:
   • The upper age limit is 55 years as on the closing date of application.
6. Term:
   • The tenure of the Principal shall be 5 years, as per the Government of Assam guidelines.
7. Relaxation:
   • A relaxation of 5% marks at Master’s degree level may be provided for SC/ST/Differently-abled candidates (only on qualifying marks, not including grace marks).

• Candidates must submit a Demand Draft (DD) of ₹5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only)
  drawn in favor of the Principal, K.R.B. Girls’ College, Guwahati.

Selection Process
