  • Out of this, minimum 8 years of experience in leading a large team of Relationship Managers and Team Leads, preferably in Wealth Management Firms or Asset Management Companies.

  • Experience managing a large management team.
  • Excellent knowledge of Equity Products, PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds and Advisory.

Job Profile

The Head Sales will be responsible for defining and implementing Wealth Management marketing strategies, ensuring sales and service levels, monitoring performance, coaching and mentoring Relationship Managers and Acquisition Teams, improving customer satisfaction and retaining existing customer portfolios.

The role also involves achieving business growth, coordinating with other departments and outside agencies, and working towards technology-driven solutions.

2. Central Research Team (Product Lead)

Educational Qualification

Mandatory:

  • MBA/PGDM from a recognized College/University, or

Experience

3. Manager (Business Process)

Educational Qualification

MBA/PGDM from a Government-recognised University or Institution.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in:

Experience in business processes in the Wealth Management area is preferred.

Job Profile

The Manager (Business Process) will monitor sales-force activities, drive CRM implementation, manage sales-force automation, oversee process implementation, support sales and customer education programmes, assist in annual planning and budgeting, manage P&L-related activities and establish business review processes.

The role also involves tracking industry trends and coordinating with internal bank teams to improve turnaround times and Wealth Management propositions.

4. Project Development Manager (Technology)

Educational Qualification

Minimum 4 years of experience in banking technology, preferably in a business function.
