Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have relevant experience in executive roles:
- Chief Manager: Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience
- Manager: Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience
Experience must be in Government/PSU/JV or large private organizations with turnover of ₹250 crore or more.
Educational Qualification
Chief Manager Posts
- BE/B.Tech or MBA (relevant specialization)
- CA/CMA for Finance posts
- Fire/Safety Engineering for Safety roles
Manager Posts
- BE/B.Tech (Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation etc.)
- ACS (Company Secretary)
- CA/CMA (Finance roles)
Minimum 60% marks required (relaxation for reserved categories).

Salary
Chief Manager (E-5 Grade)
- ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000
- Approx CTC: ₹24.72 LPA
Manager (E-3 Grade)
- ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
- Approx CTC: ₹18.55 LPA
