Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Gender & Domicile: Only female candidates who are permanent residents of the specific Anganwadi centre survey area are eligible to apply (certified by Gaon Panchayat President/Gaonburah).
Educational Qualification:
Must have passed HSLC / AHM examination passed from the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) or equivalent recognized board.
Relaxation: In the absence of HSLC pass candidates, Class 9 pass candidates can apply provided their qualification certificate is countersigned by the Inspector of Schools.
Age Limit: Must be between 18 years and 45 years as on 1st April 2026.
Other Conditions: Regular students of schools/colleges, newly appointed Anganwadi workers/helpers, and migrants from outside the survey area are not eligible. 3% reservation applies for specially-abled candidates as per government rules.
