- Role: Monitoring and managing day-to-day plant operations, ensuring quality milk production, safety, security, and administration.
2. Assistant Manager – Plant/ QA Shift In-Charge
- Role: Managing processing, production, and quality assurance for milk and dairy products.
3. Assistant/ Jr. Executive – Plant Process Operations
- Role: Handling reception, pasteurization, CIP, packing, product manufacturing, and related activities.
4. Assistant/ Jr. Executive – Plant Maintenance
- Role: Maintenance of plant utility sections like refrigeration, water, ETP, and generators.
5. Assistant/ Jr. Executive – Plant Stores & Inventory
- Role: Inventory management and dispatch operations in the dairy unit.
6. Assistant/ Jr. Executive – QA
- Role: Conducting quality control laboratory work and improving product safety and quality.
7. Manager – Marketing (Sales & Distribution)
- Role: Developing and executing marketing plans, maintaining business plans across Barak Valley and Assam.
8. Assistant Manager – Marketing (Sales & Distribution)
- Role: Business planning for area-wise, category-wise retail and institutional sales.
9. Assistant/ Jr. Executive – Marketing (Sales & Distribution)
- Role: Boosting business growth, market penetration, and target achievement in assigned zones.
