Post-wise Eligibility & Pay Scale
1. Exhibition Assistant ‘A’
- Qualification: 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts / Fine Arts / Commercial Arts.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
- Pay Scale: ₹29,200 – ₹92,300 (Level-5) + allowances.
- Monthly Emolument: Approx. ₹58,060.
- Job Profile: Includes lettering, screen printing, exhibition installations, model-making, etc.
2. Education Assistant ‘A’
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Science with Physics and any two from Chemistry, Mathematics, Electronics, Computer Science, Astronomy, Geology, or Statistics.
OR - Bachelor’s in Science with Chemistry and any two from Zoology, Botany, Biotech, Environmental Science, Microbiology, etc.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
- Pay Scale: ₹29,200 – ₹92,300 (Level-5) + allowances.
- Monthly Emolument: Approx. ₹58,060.
Scope of Work: Conducting education programs, museum lectures, assisting in teaching aids, and programming for mobile exhibitions.

3. Technician ‘A’
- Discipline: Fitter, Carpenter, Electrical
- Qualification: SSC or Matric with ITI certificate in relevant trade.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year for 2-year ITI course / 2 years for 1-year ITI course.

- Pay Scale: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 (Level-2) + allowances.

Job Profile:
- Fitter/Carpenter: Fabrication, packing, installation, and maintenance of exhibits.
- Electrical: Maintenance and operation of electrical equipment.
4. Office Assistant Gr. III
- Qualification: Higher Secondary or equivalent.
- Typing Speed: 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi with certificate.
- Age Limit: Max 25 years.
- Pay Scale: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 (Level-2) + allowances.
- Monthly Emolument: Approx. ₹39,460.
- Job Role: Typing, dispatch, ticketing, photocopying, file maintenance, ledger entry, cheque handling, and other clerical duties.
