Job Duration
- Initial Duration – 2 Years
- Extension – 1 Year based on performance
This is a contract based job but can be extended depending on work performance.
Salary Details
- Starting Salary – 25000 per month plus IDA
Salary will increase based on experience:
- Up to 5 years experience – 25000
- 5 to 10 years – 27500
- 10 to 15 years – 30250
- 15 to 20 years – 33275
- Above 20 years – 36602
Additional benefits like EPF, HRA and bonus will also be provided as per rules.
Eligibility Criteria
Project Assistant HR
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- MBA or PG Diploma in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations
Project Assistant Finance
- Bachelor degree in Commerce or Finance or Economics
- MBA Finance or CA Inter or CMA Inter
Project Assistant Material Management
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- MBA or PG Diploma in Material Management or Supply Chain or Operations
Candidates with SAP experience and relevant work experience will be preferred.
