🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification & Experience

Must be retired ONGC employees
Experience in Drilling / Production operations
Minimum 5 years relevant field experience
Level: E4 to E5

👉 Candidates should have experience in Workover, Drilling, Surface Installations etc.

Total Monthly Remuneration: ₹60,000 approx

₹40,000 – Honorarium

Additional performance-based component

👉 80% payment monthly + 20% after performance review
