Educational Qualification
- Assistant Engineer (Civil/Electrical):
- B.E/B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institute.

- CA: Graduation with membership of ICAI.
- Actuarial: Graduation with at least 7 papers passed of Institute of Actuaries of India.

- IT: Graduation in Engineering (Computer Science/IT/Electronics) or MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science).

- Maximum: 30 years
- Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD as per government rules.
Salary Structure
Selected candidates will receive a handsome salary under LIC pay scale:
- Basic Pay: Rs. 53,600/- per month (approx.)
- Along with Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), and other benefits.
- Approximate Gross Salary: Rs. 90,000/- per month depending on posting location.
Selection Process for LIC Recruitment 2025
The selection process for LIC AE and AAO Specialist Recruitment 2025 will be conducted in three stages:
- Preliminary Examination (Online Test)
- Objective-type questions covering Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language.
- Main Examination (Online Test)
- Objective + Descriptive papers based on professional knowledge, reasoning, and general awareness.
- Interview & Document Verification
- Candidates shortlisted from the mains exam will be called for a personal interview.
- Medical Examination
