- Qualification: Same as Dean, with desirable experience in Distance Education
- Assistant Registrar (Examination) – 01 Post (OBC)

Educational Qualification

- Assistant Registrar: Maximum 38 years (relaxation for OBC, SC, ST, PwD as per Assam Govt. rules)
