Educational Qualification IPRCL Recruitment 2025
For Graduate Apprentice:
- Candidates must hold a full-time degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil, Electrical, or relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university or institute.
- Degree must be completed in the last three years (2022, 2023, or 2024).
For Diploma Apprentice:
- Candidates should possess a diploma in engineering (Civil, Electrical, etc.) from a recognized polytechnic or institute.
- The diploma must also have been awarded in the last three years.
Only freshers who have not undergone apprenticeship training previously are eligible.
Age Limit
The minimum age limit is 18 years. The upper age limit will be as per apprenticeship rules and IPRCL guidelines. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates as per Government norms.

Stipend Details

Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be purely on the basis of merit, which will be determined from marks obtained in the qualifying examination (Degree/Diploma).

In case of a tie, preference will be given to the older candidate and then to the one who passed earlier.

How to Apply IPRCL Recruitment 2025
Eligible candidates should register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at www.mhrdnats.gov.in. After registration, candidates must:
- Login to the portal.
- Search for IPRCL as the establishment.
