Eligibility Criteria IOCL Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification:
- Technician Apprentice: 3-year full-time Diploma in relevant discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation).
- Trade Apprentice (Fitter/Electrician/Machinist): ITI in the relevant trade.
- Trade Apprentice (Accountant): Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
- DEO (Fresher): 12th pass (minimum qualification).
- DEO (Skill Certificate): 12th pass with skill certificate recognized by NSDC.
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 24 years as of 30.04.2025
Age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years
IOCL Apprentice Stipend
The selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 and IOCL norms. Usually, the stipend ranges between: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month depending on the trade/discipline and qualification.
