DEE Assam Teacher Recruitment 2025: The Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE), Assam has officially announced a Special Recruitment Drive 2025 for 10,673 vacancies in the posts of Lower Primary (LP) Teachers and Upper Primary (UP) Teachers under Samagra Shiksha Assam (SSA).

DEE Assam Teacher Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the DEE Assam Teacher Recruitment 2025, candidates must meet the following conditions:

1. Employment Requirement:
   The applicant must already be working as a Contractual or State Pool Teacher under SSA as of 30th September 2025.
2. Experience Requirement:
   Candidates must have completed at least 3 years of continuous service under SSA by 30th September 2025.
3. Educational Qualification:
   • Candidates must possess the required academic and professional qualifications prescribed by NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education).
   • Those fulfilling all eligibility norms under the Assam Elementary Education (Provincialisation) Amendment Rules, 2025 are eligible to apply.
4. Age Limit:
   Age relaxation and limits will be as per government norms applicable for Assam state employees.

DEE Assam LP & UP Teacher Pay Scale

Candidates selected under the DEE Assam Recruitment 2025 will receive:

• Pay Band 2 (PB-2): ₹14,000 – ₹70,000/-
• Plus Grade Pay and other admissible allowances as per the Assam Service (Revision of Pay) Amendment Rules, 2019.
