1. Faculty

• Educational Qualification:
  Graduate (Science/Commerce/Arts) or Post-graduate.
  Preference for MSW, MA in Rural Development, MA in Sociology, Psychology, BSc (Agri), BSc (Agri. Marketing), BA with B.Ed, etc.
• Other Requirements:
  Should have flair for teaching and sound computer knowledge.
• Age: 22 to 40 years
• Health: Should be in good health.

2. Office Assistant

• Educational Qualification:
  Graduate (BSW, BA, B.Com)
  Computer knowledge and basic accounting preferred.
• Skills Required:
  Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, Internet.
  Fluency in local language required.
• Age: 22 to 40 years

3. Watchman / Gardener

• Educational Qualification:
  Should have passed 7th standard.
• Other Requirements:
  Should have experience in gardening or horticulture.

• Faculty: Rs. 40,000 per month (including increment)
• Office Assistant: Rs. 27,500 per month (including increment)
