Eligibility Criteria – Shakti Sadan Recruitment 2025
1. Resident Superintendent (Female Only)
- Master’s degree in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Social Science/Psychology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in women-related domains in Govt./NGO projects.
- At least 1 year of counseling experience preferred.
- Must be a local resident of Sivasagar district.
2. Office Assistant
- Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in documentation-related work.
- Proficiency in computer operation.
- Experience with Govt./NGOs preferred.
3. Multi-Purpose Staff
- High School pass or equivalent.
- Literate with relevant work experience in the domain.
4. Cook
- High School pass or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in cooking preferred.
5. Security Guard/Night Guard
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a security personnel in Govt./reputed organizations.
- Preferably retired military/para-military personnel.
